What To Look For

Try using ripe pears when making this appetizer. They tend to cook through quicker and will be perfect to take out of the oven by the time the blue cheese has melted.

Experiment with different types of honey to use.

Orange blossom and Wildflower can hit differently and it's all about what your taste buds are really craving.

Truffle honey and hot honey are two great options as well.

Maple syrup has been another finishing touch alternative and of course, this goes without saying- make sure to use the all natural maple syrup that actually comes from maple trees.
