Peach, Prosciutto and Burrata Toast

It's the end of summer and I’m making sure to get all my summer fruit recipes in before the season is all over. Don’t get me wrong I’m more than excited to jump into all the harvest and fall delicious foods and don’t get me started on Halloween. This is a quick and easy recipe that you can put together in a snap and still full of flavor. 

This simple recipe calls for some bread, ripe peaches, prosciutto, burrata and a few sprigs of basil but you can always modify and add whatever you like. 

Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread 

5 pieces of prosciutto in pieces

6 sprigs of basil in pieces

2 ripe peaches sliced 

1 small burrata cut into small pieces

Optional- truffle honey to drizzle

How to make :

Toast the bread

Add the sliced peaches, add the burrata and the pieces of prosciutto and finish off with basil. 

You can add anything to this toast, like ricotta, garlic confit.
